Ways to Sign In to Xfinity My Account

You can manage all your Xfinity services through Xfinity My Account, including billing, account users, equipment and more.

To sign in, you can use the Xfinity My Account app on your mobile device, visit us online at xfinity.com/manage-my-account or use your Xfinity X1 TV box.

To navigate the My Account dashboard, just click or tap the appropriate icons. On a smartphone, they are located at the bottom of the screen. On the web, they are located in the upper right corner of the page.

Sign In On Your Mobile Device

The fastest and most convenient way to manage your Comcast service is through the My Account app. First, download the Xfinity My Accountapp (download for Apple or Android). Open the app, enter your Xfinity username and password and log in.

                                       

Sign In Online

You can sign in to My Account online using your PC or Mac. Once you enter your Xfinity username and password, you'll be securely connected to all of your account information.

Sign In On Your X1 TV Box

You can access My Account information through your X1 TV Box (view only). You cannot change your Xfinity subscription services on X1.

·         If your X1 TV Box is voice-enabled, press the microphone button on your X1 remote control and say, "My Account." Navigate the portal using the arrow keys on the remote control.

·         Alternately, press xfinity on your remote control and select Settings, then My Account.

·         For additional help on X1, press the A button on your remote control.
